ATHENA turns Overwatch screenshots into searchable match history, player scouting, hero-specific performance breakdowns, and AI coaching summaries. It keeps the fast upload workflow of an internal tool, but packages it like a real product.
The current product already does more than a basic OCR tool. It stores structured match data, builds player histories, and adds coaching context on top of raw screenshots.

Prompt files remain editable from the admin panel, which keeps the app tunable without a full redeploy.
Accounts now support email/password sign-in, plan metadata, and a public-facing signup funnel instead of private access codes only.
The public plan is positioned as a premium analytics workspace for players, coaches, and review-heavy groups.
